Waterloo, ON – 12 July 2022 – Maerospace Corporation, a global supplier of real-time maritime intelligence solutions via industry leading radar systems and innovative data analytics, has expanded the Company’s profile by extending their accounting department with the addition of James Brandon Hardie as Director of Accounting. Eric Meger, Maerospace CEO, made the announcement from headquarters in Waterloo, Canada noting that Hardie, who has earned a CPA designation, will assume the newly formed position of Director of Accounting.
“Maerospace has experienced extraordinary growth this past year, so much in fact, that we now find it necessary to expand our team dedicated to managing the Company’s finances,” explained Meger. “We’ve added seven members to the team already in 2022 and expect add another 35 by the end of the year. Couple that with a significant increase in contracts, unprecedented potential, our new Cape Race installation, increased presence at industry trade shows and events – and it all adds up to a need to enhance our infrastructure to manage our incredible growth. Brandon is exceptionally qualified and the perfect person to implement best practices and align finances with responsible expansion. We are delighted to welcome him to the team.”
